- Overview
As the most creative double-needle bar raschel warp knitting machine developed in 2023, the TH2886EL shows a tremendous advantages over the regular warp knitting machines for plush fabrics, such as AMC2885 and RD6, which can only produce even pile height on its fabric surface.
Thanks to its unqiue design structure, the TH2886EL could knit two different pile height effect on its fabrics just after the slitting.
The guide bars are driven by servo motors, including 4 ground bars and 2 pile bars, so that both pile bars can make individual shogging. Besides, the knock-over distance is adjustable from 20mm up to 120mm, the final products’ pile height turn to 10mm-60mm.
The fabrics produced from TH2886EL model warp knitting machines are widely used as high-end quality rabbit fur coat, home carpet, and other plush blankets.
