Installation & AMC: Common Questions
Yes. Our technicians travel to your mill to install and commission warp knitting and warping machines, run trial production and hand the machine over ready to work.
Depending on the plan: scheduled inspection and maintenance, lubrication system assessment, precision component calibration, mobile service dispatch and, on Standard and Premium plans, discounts on spare parts. Premium also includes full diagnostic and tuning service.
Basic suits lighter use with bi-monthly visits. Standard adds monthly visits and priority service. Premium is for mills running at full capacity that need monthly comprehensive care and the fastest response. We will recommend a plan after reviewing your machines.
Yes. We do not have overseas branch offices, but our mobile technicians travel to customer sites in India and abroad. We do not supply machines, parts or services to sanctioned countries.
